The Russian company paid for the goods but did not receive them according to the contract. Its efforts to reach an agreement over several years did not lead to the solution of the issues with reimbursement of the amount previously paid.

I drew up a new contract in Arabic-Russian in favour of my client

Collected all the documents of the debtor for suing him

Avoided the need for an advocate to participate in the process, using exceptions in the Emirates federal law

Made the claim uncontested leading to a decision to be made without the participation of the parties within 48 hours

As a result of the work done, we managed to:
