Dubai has launched a convenient new service: if the police recover your lost property, you no longer need to visit a police station to collect it.

Dubai Police can now arrange delivery of recovered items to your home or workplace anywhere in the UAE through an authorized courier service. To request delivery, simply contact the Dubai Police Call Center by dialing 901.

The service applies to items found within Dubai, including:

• Mobile phones
• Wallets
• Passports
• Documents and other personal belongings

This is especially convenient for people who have already left Dubai, live in another emirate, or are unable to collect their belongings in person.

📊 According to Dubai Police, 171,490 lost items were returned to their owners in 2025 alone. This was made possible by an advanced system that matches recovered property with lost item reports.
